Any idea how this would sound? Can the Mic ins be used as line inputs? Mic plus phono is an odd combo.
Follow Ups:
If you restore it with proper components you'll have the basis for a good guitar amp. The "Challenger" series did not have the quality transformers that many of the Bogen amps did have. They were designed for low cost, reliability, and long tube life, and distortion and frequency response were secondary.
Mic inputs and a phono input was quite common on those type amplifiers. The Mic channels would have too much gain to use as line level inputs. You could reduce their gain with resitors if desired.
The phono input does not say if it is for magnetic cartridge or ceramic cartridge. If magnetic, it will have about the same gainas the mic channels (with RIAA EQ curve). If ceramic, it will be close to a line level input in gain.
WOW! Three GZ34 rectifier tubes! I assume two are for the plate supply, and the third is for the screens and preamp?
I love the 3-GZ34 too.

What's your goal? It is mono. Like the other person said it will likely need at least to a lot of reworking/recapping/restoration although the seller says it works.

It is a mono amp - probably a Williamson type circuit-
I have hear (a long while ago) some Bogen tuners and Tuner/Pre-amps - they sounded good -
The Mic input was very common on older (pre1965) units - I have them on some old fisher and Heathkit gear.
Could be a good candidate for upgrade/refurbish - caps etc.
I did not look up the tube compliment - but that will tell lots towards the circuit.
Happy bidding
