So far as I can tell, they are high quality, perform well (very well in many cases), and are reasonably priced. They are made here in USA and you can get service for them should you need it - try that with the average piece of Chifi whose provenence is suspect at best.

As for differentiating between power cords, the two biggest determining factors in pc performance are (1) awg - bigger is better, and (2) stranded vs. solid core wire. If someone can reliably distinguish between power cords in blind testing, then let him buy what sounds best to him.
