Well regardless... these cables are pretty darn good!
They seem to have a very close signature to what you said and what I've read elsewhere, but just a bit closed in. Almost quiet-like. They probably just need to burn-in for awhile, but tonally, they're already what I was looking for, so I'll probably just keep these (whatever they are)!
