Gang,
There really wasn't much finished stock at Mikes. But there are some B14 PP if anyone is interested in. A set of TFA2004.

There are a bunch of BH-5 and BH-6 looks like plate chokes anyone know what they are?

Yes all the funds go to Rosie BTW!

Thanks,
Gordon

Yes, those are proprietary custom designs for upgrading certain Bottlehead products. I take it there were no BH-7's?

I'll dig up my notes and post some specs and history shortly. They are very nice designs, but a bit specialized

BH-5 is a parafeed output transformer. Basically it's a TFA-2004Jr variant, bobbin wound with Teflon layer separators, in a brass channel frame with solder tabs. Core is a 1.25-inch stack of EI87 laminations, usually made with M4 but occasionally with nickel pinstripes. Primary impedance 3000 ohms, secondary 16 ohms with an 8 ohm tap. The matching plate choke was the BH-7 (about 25 henries at 75mA) and the combination was offered as an upgrade to the Paramount 300B amp.

BH-6 is a plate choke. Based on the BCP-15, it had a paralleled bifilar winding to reduce self-capacitance, as well as the Teflon layer insulation as above. Brass channel frame, core is a 1.0-inch stack of EI75 laminations in M6. Inductance is 40 henries at 50mA, DC resistance 540 ohms. (Note it is NOT suitable for the conventional 250v/60mA/2500 ohm 2A3 operating point.) It was offered as an upgrade to the Paramour II 2A3 amp, paired with a custom 4000-ohm output transformer made by Edcor - I never could talk Mike into making a 4K output transformer.

Both the Paramount and Paramour II have been out of production for a long time now.
