http://www.bordersstores.com/search/search.jsp?srchTerms=dualdisc&mediaType=2&srchType=Keyword&doSearch.x=6&doSearch.y=12I know in the list that you made available it clearly shows "Dualdisc" in the title. Doing a search yields Dualdisc titles but none of those. I believe they would be listed if Borders carries them or not.
I thought I remembered "Silverline DVD-A tiltes" before DualDiscs which I've seen on retailer shelves on occasion. There had been many discussions in the past regarding the sound quality of these recordings from what I thought I remembered also.
I don't think I saw them listed either when I checked for some under the Utah Symphony Orchestra, leaving Dualdisc out of the criteria.
Follow Ups:
Some of my biggest disappoints with DVD-Audio was Silverlines. Garry Moore was the absolute worst. However the Abravanal, Utah Symphony playing Leroy Anderson was not too bad. The notes say the Original Analog tape was transferred to 192kHz 24 Bit and then down-converted to 96kHz 24 Bit for both the Multi-channel program and the Stereo program.
The Abravanal, Utah Symphony playing Leroy Anderson has a problem in "The Typewriter" on which an Underwood Typewriter is used as a musical instrument. The keys the Underwood plays are supposed to move across the soundstage from left to right in front on the orchestra. They do on the Analogue Productions 180 Gram LP and on the older Ohm Acoustics test LP. On the Silverline DVD-Audio when it gets to the phantom center the keys are recessed and muffled. I feel that these may have been moved to the center channel information when they did the Multi-channel mix and instead of doing a 2 channel Stereo mix, they just used the left and right channels throwing away the center and rear information? All in all I was not impressed and that was my last Silverline I ever bought.
But then people have told me I am way too picky.
Where do you purchase besides Borders and I will see if they are available there?

Best Buy, Circuit City, Barnes and Noble, and Walmart (needed other things from this store but figured I might as well check). I can make the rounds pretty quickly as these stores are no more than 5 minutes from each other. :) I didn't bother going into Borders. My experience with them is that if a title isn't listed in their inventory, they don't have it.Neither of the other retailers had them either which I'm not surprised. At least each of them had some rock titles on Dualdiscs though (which don't interest me) for Joe Public. Looks like mail order, as usual. Tower Records probably carries them but the nearest location to me is 30 miles away in NYC.
Tower Records have all formats mixed together, but their Classical section is getting so small it's not a big deal. You could print the list and take it with you as Tower Records special orders as well. The internet does give you the best selection of all high resolution formats. If you are concerned about giving your credit infomation over the internet, many sites give a toll free number to phone in your order.
