I just don't what to do with the cd layer??
you tell your friends and relatives that aren't into hi-rez, or your acquaintances that would like to get into it but are stuck on the chicken or egg first that they can start buying these "special" CDs. They build their collection slowly over time while they only listen to the CD layer.Six months or two years later when they replace their hardware they can re-discover all their recently purchased music.
Hopefully, this gives enough mass-market push so the 1/10 of 1% of us that are into this stuff right now can enjoy new releases and save the format.
