Did you read the last post on the thread I added today? There was no mention about sending the discs in.
Pioneer has support offices in Canada and the US. They are different.
Follow Ups:
I have the offending Pioneer unit. i don't know if i will have problems but the unit is a few months old. i haven't bought a DVD-audio disc in over one year. all of the limmited action seems to be SACD and not much there either. I'm glad I got the unit, it sounds great with DVD-audio and SACD but i feel sorry for those that spent a lot of money on a higher end unit. Looks to me like the whole thing will crash and burn and I will be left with the 20 discs that I went out and bought.

thanks for the link. Out of all those the only one of interest is the ALan Parsons which i already have. There were more than I expected. My musical tastes were forged in the early 70's and the primary reason that I got into DVD-audio were the Grateful Dead albums and Doobies Captain and Me. i guess I will have to dust off my classical chops.
