First of all I am not associated in any way to Sony. Some time ago I searched on internet about Acoustic suspension speaker. And I found different speakers. One of them was Sony SS-MB350H. I did not believe everythig, so I went to BestBuy and I compared myself these speakers with others using different music: jazz, rock. Finaly I was very impressed about sound from these speakers. I bought a pair and when I was at home I opened as a kid use to do. Very disappointed about how cheap. So, I begin improvement. First I applied some epoxy on woofer basket. Now is stong as any good woofer. I replaced crossover capacitors with polypropylene. I put some brackets from front baffle to back wall. I replaced terminal cup with five way binding. When all done, I give a listening. I found these speakers working best with Dynaco St70. Sound as a $1000.00 speaker.
I think quality come from first order crossover: fast. No obligation to belive, but if you do not try, you do not know. Total price after improvement: $100.00. Worth it! I compared with more expensive drivers (Seas, Fountek) Minor difference.I did not checked SPL or how flat it is, maybe not very good, but who cares: they sound very good for money. IMO.

Product Weakness:	Need improvement as I did.
Product Strengths:	fast, no boomy, no resonance. I tested at moderate power.
