Normally, I would not be interested in horn products. I gained a respect when Klipsch moved from the all metal horn to the phenolic tractrix. Now it is more horn loaded, than true horn.
I ran across these speakers in Northern California. Looking at them, they are beautiful enough that you first think "Monitor Audio."
The titanium tweeter, and damped aluminum woofer are seamless. There is a really up front, in-the-music soundstage. They do not shout, nor possess any negative traits that are associated with horn drivers.
The dynamics [attack] and detail are wrapped around you in a huge soundstage. Strings, percussion and vocals are expecially realistic.
These are quite and improvement over classic Klipsch, and sound more "real" to me than 98% of the under $3,000 market. Since I paid $698 for the pair, they are overwhelmingly excellent for that price. Highly recommended. Music and HT shine.
