are the JBL 62 speaker any good?

I visited the local store, and there are two pair of vintage speakers there, a pair of later Genesis, had to be the lowest price model, they had the slanted sides cabinet, but the components are nothing of the Genesis quality, cheap 6.5 woof, and a cheap small tweeter with front guard, 1/4" partical board for cabinet, with a port, very flimsy.
The other pair were the JBL 62 speakers, 6.5" woofer with a port, one woofer with the dust cap pushed in, but an easy fix. titanium laminated tweeter, whatever that is, but I liked the feel of the solid cabinets. Since prices were the same, $10 each. So I laid down 20 bucks and bought the JBL, hope I made the right choice.
Don't know if they work, still in downstair waiting to be cleaned.
