Basically nothing. A fat clown wanted to have his ego stroked, and Zelensky being a smart guy did that.
They both walk away knowing full well they achieved nothing, but the fat idiot will go on TV boasting about his peace making skills and Zelensky takes home a bit of a good news about the weapons - which still might be just a vaporware.
Of which he has none, but it is a stupid game, and they both get some benefits from that idiotic announcement.
Ukraine knows it doesn't want a ceasefire because it only works in russia's favor, but they pretend to accept it knowing full well it is not going to happen.
So good PR for trump, and some real benefits for Ukraine... but nothing else.
