If 100% of the population is vaccinated then 100% of deaths are among the vaccinated. Weird but true.
Here in New Mexico, up until just a couple months ago, daily death from Covid counts included age range, county, in or out of hospital and if or no 'underlying conditions'. Vaccination status was never mentioned when announcing Covid deaths. And back just a couple months ago, it seemed a surprising number of deaths were in the 40 and up age range. 25%? I'd call that a surprising number but, again, most with something else wrong with them. Underlying conditions.
EXAMPLE: From last daily report issued May 10, 2022
Nine recent deaths:
A male in his 50s from Bernalillo County. The individual was hospitalized and had underlying conditions.
A female in her 60s from Bernalillo County. The individual was hospitalized and had underlying conditions.
A male in his 90s from Bernalillo County. The individual was hospitalized.
A female in her 50s from Chaves County. The individual was hospitalized.
A male in his 80s from Chaves County. The individual had underlying conditions.
A male in his 40s from Lea County. The individual was hospitalized and had underlying conditions.
A male in his 80s from Luna County. The individual was hospitalized and had underlying conditions.
A male in his 60s from San Juan County. The individual was hospitalized.
A male in his 80s from San Juan County. The individual had underlying conditions.
They stopped issuing these daily reports in early March. Lots of work and even in 'blue' states, Covid is BAD politics. They want everyone out spending money and not at home, hiding under their beds.
So here in the land of enchantment, the pandemic is OVER!
