It never went away.
People simply let their guard down. Whenever the "news" or a politician says things are better, many people think everything is "fine". It's not. It's like the "news" portrayed inflation yesterday: "down" to 8.3 percent from the previous month's 8.5 percent. What?! Am I supposed to feel good about that?!
I wear a mask wherever I go in public, and generally wear disposable gloves, too. My doctor, who is very good, told me that I'm the only patient who comes in wearing gloves, and that I don't need to - just use sanitizer after I've touched "high touch" objects in public (door handles, shopping carts, gas station fuel handles, etc.) He said that I'm fully vaccinated (Pfizer) and that if I do get the China Virus, there are medicines now that we didn't have a year ago (thanks to 'big pharma').
I'm just sayin', it ain't over.
