And he's entitled to his day in court. The full story isn't known, the event only occurred yesterday.
And if he confesses, or takes a plea, or goes to trial and gets convicted, like I said--this kind of senseless garbage happens day in and day out in the US and around the world. It has nothing to do with lax law enforcement or weak judges or pansy legislatures. Life is chaos and there is no meaning.
Somebody who gets involved in a knife fight--if the story is true--especially somebody with 22 priors, doesn't think about consequences. He or she acts totally in the moment. Even dogs and cats understand consequences. Only humans fail to grasp the concept.
The problem is not that there is evil in the world, the problem is that there is good. Because otherwise, who would care?
