So "wealth" has a "limit"--or otherwise "defined" quantity?...

...because this makes no sense.

Didn't know that it was a "finite" amount--a "pie" (per se) that only had so many "slices" available. If I get a bigger slice of the pie, does that mean that you get a smaller one? Is there no more to be had?

Funny--I thought that most economic indicators were based on "growth"?--the "pie" gets bigger--granted, sometimes it "shrinks", but only occasionally, and then gets bigger again.

I can't believe that I'm having to explain this like I would to my neighbor's grand-children.
