My neighbor has a fishing permit so he caught a nice 6lbs brown trout 2 days ago and 1.5 miles from my house
Japanese marination but with some Melissa habanero sauce added as the trout is pretty bland
Will have it for breakfast tomorrow with some bagels and cream cheese
