I love twice-baked potatoes. When I was growing up they only came around during Thanksgiving and Christmas feasts, and I've continued that tradition although I really don't know why. Kinda like cranberry sauce and cornbread dressing. There is no good reason not to have those dishes at any time, but I never consider making them except during the winter holidays. Likewise, I rarely cook corn on the cob except in the summer, but again there's no good reason for that.

Old habits die hard I guess. Enjoy your celebration dinner.
