The Dayton crossover caps will be "fit for purpose" and reasonably priced

Don't use NP electrolytics unless you cannot afford, or cannot source, the equivalent non-electrolytic alternative.

You can use NP electrolytics -- they're inexpensive, and modern ones are likely a bit better, qualitatively & quantitatively, than any available four or five decades ago, but they won't be as good as the Dayton polypropylene capacitors (link below) for use in loudspeakers.
