Kenwood kx-2060 deck

I posted on tape trail as well but you guys might be more in tune with this deck. I picked up a Kenwood kx-2060 3 head cassette deck in great shape except it playes slow. I'm assuming belts and maybe pinch rollers. what do you think? Is it worth fixing up? I use a Nakamichi CR2a 2 head now but I don't know how this Kenwood would compare. Any thoughts?
