Linn tuners

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

I have a Genki CD player in my second system and was thinking of getting a Linn pre and Linn tuner. My first purchase would be the tuner since the system is on the main floor and listening to radio while taking care of household work is a must in my house.
I see, on the used market, the odd Pekin and now have spotted a Kudos.
What are the differences between the two?
I understand that a tuner section can be added to some Linn pres (Sneaky). Is this a good solution?
