...since these have a very effective built in anti-multiplex setting, combined with a seoond also effective noise reduction filter. It can also be set to narrowband, and is fairly sensitive.You have a tough situation, and it may not help, but these tuners are readily available on eBay between $100 and $200, and might be worth a try. If any tuner will help, it will be this one.
