Re: After Market Power Cords for the MD 102?

Greetings Jaybar,Im not so sure that the powersupplies are lacking in any way as to deem a seperate powercord a required accessary. Ive tried my Transparent super powercord and I also failed to notice any benefits. However I do plug the standard cord into my lineconditioner as my coaxiel antennae input passes through this conditioner as well, so perhaps with clean power and adequate filtering its all this piece really needs, at least in my viewpoint up till now. I was actually considering the XLO from M.D. as well as others, however the Transparent powercord brought my DACs bass up a notch or two, as the powersupplies are seperate for digital and analogue with two torroids and Im sure the supplied cord was not the best as the transparent let me know immediatly it was in the system. Perhaps theyre are others here who can enlighten us, I would also appreciate any others experiances in this area, forever tweeking! Regards/// Tim W...
