Re: Anyone else a Howard Stern fan?

In 1982 I managed DC's first Video Rental Store located in the same building as DC101 when Howard was a DJ there. He and Robin and Fred came in once a week or so. This was when he was heavier, dumpy looking with nerdy glasses a bad haircut and the Dodge Dart. He was a nice, genuine and fun to talk to. He had no self esteem at all. Now he is kind of an ego maniac as I see it. I don't watch him except in passing and never listen to his show. Its just a T & A thing now. I remember when he did good comedy bits and daring material. Then again after flight 90 crashed into the 14th St bridge he called Air Florida and asked them: "how much is it for a ticket to the 14th St bridge"? That said I can think of worse things to listen to........
