Tk Iam mixing them up they are twin n7 types and shockingly ;[ its driving my ab workshop amp. Its sound tight and fast 2200 uf of caps bypassed on the cathode is the only excessiveness. bypassed with russian caps and philips polyprop always loved them as ps bypass. I haven't grounded the spare triodes. I have a 600/5k to ten y choke on plate and grid of the 300b this preamp might drive it. It's been built for 4years so tight Iam going to struggle to know the wiring. I think preamp is a win anyway. I need to buy a scope so I can try feedback and make sure the waves are square.Iam surprised it's working Iam sure something is wrong but the valves are a good fit I think. I've read so many times here n7 come alive running max on the plate which I've never done before. I think I built a sensible preamp are! Iam biasing the tubes through a motor blue alps 5k I never think thats a good idea
