That's the one we use. The data sheet I have is from Agilent, Mouser lists them as made by Broadcom, DigiKey says Avago - I have no idea whether all these names have their own factories or are the same outfit that's been bought and sold repeatedly.

The important thing seems to be the semiconductor chemistry; the original 640nm "standard red" gallium arsenide, IIRC. Some recent measurements posted to diyAudio confirm that they are about the quietest bandgap devices around, though some infrared ones are said come close.
