The calibration and loopback test for ESI Juli seem to be perfect for both input/output.
Device manager in XP shows everything operating correctly.
No issues with running test signal into DUT/amp and getting correct voltage across 8 ohm / 100W load resistor.
The soundcard input seems to fail under loading from the DUT/amp.
Something is dragging the output voltage from the DUT/amp down by a factor of 10.
Probably time for a new soundcard or usb interface.
