People will have different expectations/standards... and ways of achieving them. This runs deep into ego (beliefs and self-worth) - hurt and defensive (offensive!) reactions will often result from conflict.I expect myself to convince other DIYers less and less; my opinions are just that, opinion. I try to learn from others and personal experience and perhaps share when I think it might help, which is not often these days. But I try to make it about helping, not forcing my opinion. I'm not always successful.
