Teflon FT-2 and FT-3 are one of the bargains in audio as long as you want a neutral and detailed sound and not a coloured euphonic sound, as some do.
Ex-Soviet electronics are way, way, way underpriced. Quality has nothing to do with price in this case. Plus tubes like the 4P1L were originally German high-end designs. We're just lucky there are stocks left of these ex-military components. They won't last forever. I have drawers full of 4P1L, 2P29L and all the Teflon caps, plus some very nice sounding resistors.
