Allen,to complement Gordon's history... if I remember right Mr. Schoenfeld of EML was a former production engineer from the beginning with Vaic.
To answer your question for using in production... I do not. The tubes are not reproduction of the original, for example 300B. As well a 2A3 is not a new repro of the original 2A3, it's a derive of the "300B" the companies manufacture. Have a look at the data sheets, in reality mostly the filament current differs.
Customers like to get original tubes or original style repros!
