Apology and Explanation for My Post Below

Hi,

I would like to begin by apologizing to Curcio and all other that I offended with my post below. Looking back on it my post came across as harsher than I meant for it to. From the responses I have recieved so far, it seems my case is the exception and that I should give Curcio the benefit of the doubt.

I am new to DIY tube audio and a college student. So, when a several hundred dollar investment isn't working it is a big deal to me, and as a result, I was upset and let my emotions get the better of me. I was under the impression that this was Curcio's only job, I did not know he had another one, and therefore expected a quick response. Given the fact that he has a day job, it is likely that he might of been caught with other work.

It was not my intentions to offend anyone, but to give thanks, to Mike, the person who went out of his way to help me. Again, I apologize and hope we can put all this behind us.
