The two rectifiers make a bridge rectifier circuit.
It's called a hybrid bridge, quote from Eli Duttman -
"Hybrid bridge rectifiers are slick.
You don't have to deal with 2X the voltage drop and
the vacuum diode pair block SS diode switching noise
from getting into the B+ rail."
The positive part of the AC goes through the GZ34s
while the negative part goes through the UF4007s.DanL
