How about converting to this design. The Morrison Micro is one that I wanted to build. It's simplicity has always intrigued me. As far as I can tell it would be an easy conversion with my existing PT, OTs , and Tubes. I also have heard that changing this circuit to accomodate 6SN7 is simple and favored.
