Home Tube DIY Asylum

Do It Yourself (DIY) paradise for tube and SET project builders.

Thanks Guys!

You sure are right ! I have at least six different types of preamps (all scratch built), a single ended triode (modded Paramours), and a Seth PP 2A3 (modded as well). So I need this amp about as much as a hole in my head. But I tell you, as you know, when you first put power to a projrct and all of a sudden music comes out, its like seeing land after a 3 month voyage! I finished the second amp today but have some debugging to do. I have some crackling coming through the speakers. It doesn't follow the tubes, and chop stick test doesn't produce any problems so I am thinking I made have a bad cap on the slitter. After that I am out of ideas. Again thanks for the encouragement you all are great, I love being here!
