Hi.#18 16 strands hook up wire will do the job. Get Tew #18 stranded, rated for 600V UL/CSA. Should be available from the
Source or Radio Shack cheaply in sorted colours in small short length coils. Make sure you twist up the 12VAC 1A heater wires & run seperastely from the other 4 HV wires. You can have them run in two groups, each group bundled up in a heat shrink tube.So it will do the job cheaply & efficiently.
If we are talkng about higher currents up to 3A AC heater supply or so, standard skinny hook up wires may not be the best choice.
I would get industrial grade portable power cable, about 1/2" thick:- SOOW #18 6 conductors, extruded in a black heavy duty rubber jacket, 600V UL/CSA rated, from your local electrical contractors supplies stores. They may entertain you with small lenghts of a few meters affordably.
