Hey all !
I recently found some 97db lothx speakers on ebay, so I snapped them up pretty quick. However, I don't have an amp yet (was planning to do that before these speakers showed up), so would love some advice.
I've been planning to buy a SET kit, and am currently torn between a 1W 45 amp, or 8W 300b amp. My preference is for the 45 (am thinking the Welborne drd45), but am not sure if 1W is enough for 97 db ...I listen to classical AND rock music, and my "listening" room, is relatively small ...

- 45s are good for 1/2 the O/P of a 2A3, which is about 3.5 W. max. (nt) - Eli Duttman 08:43:31 03/03/07 (0)
