It's just a 6db per octave roll off.In practice I find it helps, and I believe it is because the cone is not suffering.
Using the following formula set f yourself and derive bipass cap
Ck = 1/(2pifr_k)
where r_k which is cathode resistor (RK) in parallel with rk
where rk = (RL + ra)/(mu+1)
typical example 300b with 3k load 850 ohm cathode resistor for -3db at 20 hz use 20uF cap.
