Teac A-450 model difference / designation

OK all you Teac experts, especially A-450. On the top front edge of the machine just left of the power switch are 3 different toggle switches. The 2 common to both models are the dolby, on/off and dolby FM/copy, in/out. The third switch is different. On some models it's the timer, on/off others it is source, FM/normal. Does anyone know if these in machines have a different model designation? Like Teac A-450A or A-450B. My model hase the source, FM/normal switch but the model tag only indicates Teac A-450. As always, thanks.
