Well I was planing on using my old one for parts is correct!
I even went so far to save this one that I bought from EBAY the Service Manual!To be fair I purchase a Service Manual for any piece of equipment I plan to keep!
It is really nothing overly great compared to the late 60's early 70's Cassette players/Recorders they made,but still better then most for being from 1980! Simple to use & the radio pulls in quite well on both bands!Not tinny sounding either!So I enjoy it for what it is,while sitting in my backyard! I also have a huge JVC Boombox for outdoors!But I don't always wanna bring that out when it is just me relaxing in the backyard!
