I like option one best if it is feasible but also have an upgrade suggestion to this idea which can be seen below.
It may be that the Airtight has a low enough output impedance that it drives the Solista and Crossover in parallel with no distortion, but this of course depends on the impedances of all the inputs and outputs involved. I believe this is essentially what the dealer is proposing with the wye cable. If it were me though and I chose to go this route I would definitely consider wyeing at the preamp out put instead of in the cable to help avoid the shared impedance leg of the wye cable (which could suffer from modulation due to current going to the OTHER load) and potentially get better signal integrity at each input.
Depending on load impedances you may be forced to use option two and leverage the line driver that is apparently present in the Solista. I like this option less though as it adds more stuff to the signal path for the sub which IMO should be avoided if possible for greatest signal integrity.
