No. Perfect accuracy including speed just wouldn't *add* euphonic artifacts.

That being said, purportedly more 'accurate' components with fundamental limitations (low esr electrolytic capacitors, transistors, mica capacitors, ferrite core devices and to some extent polystyrene capacitors) do damage in ways similar to what you suggest.
