I can only think of a couple of things that would cause this. First, be sure that your browser is set to check for a new page every time and not either never or once per session. Also, lf you click on a message before the page loads entirely, that might cause this to happen.The second issue might be your ISP doing some page caching. If that's the case, refreshing might be your only alternative unless you can get them to adjust their caching software.
