Stupid form filler help

I just upgraded(!?) to WinXP and Netscape 6.2 and, now when I access AA, I get a stupid pop-up window asking if I want to enter my name as "Kal Rubinson" or "Kal Rubinson" or "Kal Rubinson" or "Kal Rubinson" or "Kal Rubinson" or "Kal Rubinson" or "Kal Rubinson"...........
I get this on every frame and that means every menu and every message I access. Netscape's solutions have not worked and the problem is only on AA of all the sites I go to.
