It was a bug that crept into the code as a result of fixing a bug in the Move thread code that got broken as a result of adding some other thing. I fixed it on Friday. The code base has had far too many features added since it was re-written the last time a few years ago. That's why we're trying to freeze it and re-write it all again for mod_perl as well as doing a full ground up version in Java.
