Dear valued Authorized Electrocompaniet Dealer,
We would like to inform you officially as to what has transpired at Electrocompaniet, supplier of some of the best electronics in the world.
Electrocompaniet has filed for bankruptcy in Norway. The good news is that with this action, Per Abramsen, the former lead design and development person at Electrocompaniet has formed a new entity, ECS Holdings, Ltd. which will be involved in the manufacture of all of the Electrocompaniet products moving forward including some new models in the near future. New and truly interested financial investors are supporting ECS Holdings and we look forward to their efforts. No interruption in product supplies will occur; in reality we now have the most plentiful supply of products that we have ever experienced. Jason Scott Distributing remains the Exclusive Sales Agent and Authorized Distributor for North America.
With the exception of the temporary back order status for the outboard Phono Stage and the Nemo amplifiers, we have EVERYTHING in stock!
In the long run this will be a change that we have been anticipating for many months; this is truly â€œgood newsâ€.
Per Abramsen himself will issue a statement in the next week or so that we will share with all of you.
We look forward to the new company as a valued supplier and moving forward with exemplary products â€“ as you expect.
