Suggest drop-down menu on each forum page to navigate to other forums....

I notice that only the home page lists all the forums. This makes navigation difficult for regular inmates, but the incomplete list found on most forum pages can be downright misleading to newcomers.
I suggest two things:
1. Add a [more] link to the two-line list that appears on most pages. It would link to the home page.
2. Put a drop-down menu, just like the one on the search page, that lists all the available forums. Upon selecting one forum, that forum page would load.
I've suggested such things before, but nobody seems interested in improving the navigation. However, if you did what I suggest, traffic on the "other" forums might jump considerably.
