It would appear your typing skills are about as good as your business ethics, Paul. Furutech doesn't advertise their product as being sold by the "full bottle". It is sold as 2 ml. Unless you can figure a way that 2 ml of liquid will completely fill a 4 ml bottle, it's not reasonable to expect a "full" bottle, up to the tippy-top. Initiating a chargeback on a separate, unrelated transaction, claiming the goods weren't received and lying about it akin to pond-scum.
