The thing is, I don't have a Paypal account!! I almost registered for one more than six months ago, but gave up when I saw they wanted too much info. But maybe that partial registration 'took'? Still, this is the first notice I have from them, and as they did state 'quarterly', it has my hackles up. The linked website looks legit, is it? The only other thing I can think of is that I am an eBay member.Pls let me know if the above is common and legit, thanks.
