I've built many SETs from from tiny to my current parallel 845s that run my ML ESLs Very successfully with only 90db/m efficiency. I've said it before ... ESLs love SET's, provided you get a reasonable match efficiency wise. Having had all sorts of amps in my system over many years, IMHO merely going to DHT SET from other topologies yields a larger improvement than the choice of (recognised) tube. 300Bs should do the job but 845 would be safer.Rgds,
