They're probably close enough not to matter. You could track down absorption data for every material you're considering, but even that won't tell you much. Most data doesn't go below 125 Hz, and testing labs can vary by 50 percent or more at that frequency and below anyway. One big difference between mineral wool and rigid fiberglass is that mineral wool is "floppy" and doesn't hold its shape well. So that might be a factor depending on how you plan to install it.
