Ugh ... I had to redo my planned measurements because I forgot to leave room for the wall measurements!So, using the same height of 8'5", I'm now looking at a proposed room length of 24' even, and a width of 15'3". Again, this gives me just once mode coincidence, between width (333.44) and length (335.64). The ratio is 1 : 1.81 : 2.85, with a volume of 3081.
If anything, modes look a little more evenly distributed now in ModeCalc.
